Meesho supplier panel: login, app and support

Written for a supplier who cannot get in, or who is in and cannot find anything. The link is the first thing on the page, not the last.

The Meesho supplier panel is at supplier.meesho.com supplier, not seller. You sign in with your registered mobile number and an OTP. Meesho charges 0% commission, settles 7 days from delivery, and now accepts suppliers without a regular GSTIN. If a shopping page loaded instead, you were on seller.meesho.com, which is a different thing entirely.

The panel address, and the guess that sends you wrong

Here is the link, first, with nothing in front of it: supplier.meesho.com. That is Meesho’s own site and there is no reason to route you through anything else.

The word matters more than it should. Meesho says supplier where every other marketplace says seller — Flipkart has seller.flipkart.com, Amazon has Seller Central, and so the natural thing to type is seller.meesho.com. That address resolves. It just serves a page reading “the page you’re looking for couldn’t be found — but you can continue to shop on Meesho”.

So the failure is quiet. You do not get an error that tells you the address is wrong; you get a shopping page, and a reasonable person concludes their account is broken rather than that they typed the wrong word.

Checked 23 August 2026. Meesho says supplier where Flipkart and Amazon say seller, which is why the wrong guess is so easy to make.

How to log in

Three steps, on a laptop or a phone browser.

1. Open the supplier site

Go to supplier.meesho.com and press Login. New suppliers press Start Selling instead, which goes to signup rather than sign-in.

2. Enter the registered mobile number

The number the account was opened on. A different number belonging to the same person is a different account as far as the panel is concerned, and this is the most common cause of “account not found”.

3. Enter the OTP

If you request a second code, only the newest one works — people routinely type the first SMS after asking for a resend and conclude the OTP system is broken.

One thing worth being clear about: the panel and the shopping app are separate. Signing into the Meesho app you buy things on does not sign you into the supplier panel, and no amount of looking will find supplier features in there.

Is there a Meesho supplier app?

Meesho has published a supplier app, and availability has moved around over time — so the honest answer is to check the store rather than trust any page, including this one, on whether it is currently listed.

What is stable is the split. The Meesho app most people have is the buyer app and contains nothing for suppliers. The supplier panel is a web application that works in a phone browser, and that is how a large share of Meesho suppliers run their business day to day.

Practical division of labour: dispatch, order checking and label printing are fine on a phone. Catalogue upload is not — image handling and bulk sheets want a laptop, and trying to do a first catalogue on a phone is how sellers end up with rejections. Get the images right before you start; our Meesho image resizer and catalogue maker handle that half.

What is inside the panel

Seven areas. A new supplier needs three of them in week one and can ignore the rest.

SectionWhat it is forWhat a new supplier does first
Catalog uploadAdding products, single or in bulkUpload one catalogue and get it approved before doing fifty
OrdersNew orders, labels, dispatchLearn where the shipping label prints from — day one job
Returns and RTOWhat came back and whyRead the reasons weekly; they tell you what your listing oversold
PaymentsSettlements and the payment cycleCheck the 7-day-from-delivery cycle against your own records
AdsPaid catalogue visibilityLeave alone until something sells organically
Support ticketsThe route that actually worksRaise here rather than chasing a phone number
Learning hubMeesho’s own guidanceAnswers a surprising share of what people raise tickets for

The one people skip is returns, and it is the one that decides whether the business works. The return reasons are free feedback on what your listing promised that your product did not — a size chart that runs small, a colour that photographs brighter than it is. Reading them weekly is the cheapest improvement available to a Meesho supplier.

The one people rush is ads. Paying for visibility on a catalogue that does not convert organically buys you faster proof that it does not convert. Get one catalogue selling on its own first.

Login problems and what actually fixes them

Most of these are not panel faults, which is why refreshing does not help.

The genuinely hard one

The registered number is gone. A lost SIM or a closed number cannot be fixed from the login screen, because the OTP is the authentication. This needs a support ticket with your supplier ID, GSTIN and registered details ready — and it takes time. If you are reading this and still have access, updating your contact details now is ten minutes that saves a fortnight later.

Support, and the calls that will rob you

Assume any “Meesho supplier care number” you found on a search result is fraudulent.

Fake customer-care numbers are among the most common frauds aimed at Indian sellers. The pattern is consistent: someone answers as Meesho, cites a real problem you actually have, and asks you to install a screen-sharing app, share an OTP, or pay a “refundable” amount to release a payment. Meesho will never ask for an OTP, a UPI PIN, or a payment to release your money.

The route that works is the support ticket inside the panel. It is attached to your supplier record, so whoever picks it up can see your account — which is exactly what a stranger on a phone line cannot do, however convincing they sound.

Before raising one, check the learning hub on the supplier site. A large share of tickets are answered there already, and a ticket you did not need to raise is the fastest resolution available.

Two habits that protect you. Never share an OTP with anyone, including someone who says they are from Meesho — an OTP exists precisely to keep them out. And never install a screen-sharing app at the request of an inbound caller; that request is close to definitive proof of fraud.

No support phone number is published on this page on purpose. Contact details change, the numbers circulating are overwhelmingly not Meesho’s, and printing one we cannot verify would hand you to the people this section is warning about. Take contacts from inside the panel, where they are tied to your account.

What the panel costs you to use

Nothing to open, and Meesho’s published position on fees is unusually simple.

0% commission — suppliers keep the sale value, which is the headline difference against every other marketplace in India. 0 penalty charges for order cancellation or late dispatch. And a 7-day payment cycle from the date of delivery, which is materially faster than Myntra’s 15 and worth real money to a small business.

Shipping is not free, and that is where the actual cost sits. Work it through in the Meesho calculator before pricing anything, because a 0% commission on a product whose shipping eats the margin is still a loss.

Selling without a GSTIN

Meesho now accepts suppliers without a regular GSTIN, which was not true historically and which most guides have not caught up with. There is a real restriction attached: ads are not available to sellers without a regular GSTIN, so you are competing on organic visibility only. Our guide to selling without GST covers what that changes.

New supplier? Start here instead

If you do not have an account yet, this is the wrong page — the panel is where you land after registering, not the way in.

Registration is genuinely open: Meesho takes unbranded stock, small sellers and now suppliers without a regular GSTIN, which is the opposite of the approval-based model Myntra runs. Start at how to sell on Meesho for the registration flow, or selling on Meesho for whether the platform suits what you sell at all.

Then come back here, because everything above is what week one looks like.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Meesho supplier panel URL?

supplier.meesho.com. Note it is supplier, not seller — seller.meesho.com resolves but serves a shopping page, which is why so many suppliers think their account is broken when they have simply typed the word every other marketplace uses.

Why does a shopping page open instead of my supplier panel?

You are almost certainly on seller.meesho.com or in the Meesho buyer app. Both are shopper-facing and contain no supplier features. Go to supplier.meesho.com in a browser and sign in there.

Can I log in to the supplier panel with email?

Sign-in is built around the registered mobile number and an OTP. If you have lost access to that number, no reset on the login screen will help — it needs a support ticket raised with your supplier ID and GSTIN, and it takes time. Update your contact details while you still have access.

Why is my Meesho OTP not arriving?

Usual causes are DND settings, a full message inbox, or plain network delay. Wait the full window before requesting another, because once you resend only the newest code works — typing the first SMS after a resend is a very common reason people conclude the OTP is broken.

Is there a Meesho supplier app?

Meesho has published one and its availability has shifted over time, so check the store rather than trusting any guide. What is constant is that the Meesho app most people have is the buyer app with no supplier features. The panel works in a phone browser, which is how many suppliers run day to day — though catalogue upload really wants a laptop.

What is the Meesho supplier customer care number?

Treat any number you found on a search result as fraudulent. Fake care numbers are one of the most common frauds targeting Indian sellers, and the script involves asking for an OTP, a screen-sharing app, or a payment to release your money. Meesho asks for none of those. Raise a ticket inside the panel, where it is attached to your account.

Why is my supplier panel showing no orders?

Most often the catalogue is not live yet — either still in review or rejected. Check catalogue status before assuming the panel is faulty. A brand-new catalogue also takes time to gain visibility, so the first orders are rarely immediate.

Can two people use one Meesho supplier account?

The OTP goes to one registered number, so in practice access is tied to whoever holds that phone. Sharing it works until the day it does not — the person with the SIM is the person who can log in, which becomes a serious problem in a partnership that ends badly.

Does Meesho really charge 0% commission?

That is Meesho’s published position, along with no penalty charges for cancellation or late dispatch, and a 7-day payment cycle from delivery. Shipping is still charged and is where the real cost sits, so run your numbers through the calculator rather than assuming 0% commission means 0% cost.

Every address here was loaded and confirmed on 23 August 2026, and no support phone number is published on purpose. The numbers circulating for “Meesho supplier care” are overwhelmingly not Meesho’s, and the fraud that follows one costs sellers real money. Take contacts from inside the panel, where they are tied to your account.
