The address, and why yours probably failed
If you have been trying to reach a Myntra seller portal and getting nothing, you are almost certainly not doing anything wrong. You have been given a URL that does not exist.
Search for “myntra seller login” and page after page will tell you, confidently, that partners.myntra.com is the official onboarding portal and to avoid third-party links. It is not a dead page or a redirect. The subdomain has never been registered — three independent public DNS resolvers return NXDOMAIN for it. Every one of those pages copied the address from another page, and nobody typed it in.
The live portal is partners.myntrainfo.com, on the separate myntrainfo.com domain Myntra uses for partner-facing systems, and its title still reads “Partner at Myntra-Jabong” — a leftover from the Jabong acquisition that tells you how long it has been there.

Checked 23 August 2026 against three independent public DNS resolvers. The three marked red return NXDOMAIN — they do not merely fail to load, they have never been registered as subdomains.
Two practical consequences. Bookmark the real one, because you will not find it by guessing. And treat any page confidently quoting the dead address as a page that has not checked anything else either.
How to log in
Three steps, and the middle one surprises people.
1. Start at the partner portal
Go to partners.myntrainfo.com and use the LOGIN control in the header. Starting from the shopping site will not get you here.
2. You get handed to accounts.myntra.com
The portal does not host its own login form. It redirects to accounts.myntra.com, Myntra’s single sign-on, and the address bar changes domain in the middle of signing in. That looks exactly like a phishing redirect and it is not — but it is worth knowing in advance, and worth checking the domain reads accounts.myntra.com rather than something close to it.
3. Email and password, or Google
Both are offered. Sign in with Google is available and almost nothing written about Myntra mentions it — if your registered address is a Google account and the password is not working, try it before resetting anything.
Use the address the application was submitted on. A personal address that happens to belong to the same person is a different account as far as the portal is concerned.
Is there a Myntra seller app?
No. There is no Myntra seller or partner app on either store — the buyer-facing Myntra shopping app is a different product entirely, and installing it will not get you near a seller dashboard.
The partner portal is a web application and works in a phone browser, which is how most small sellers use it. It is usable rather than pleasant on a small screen; catalogue work in particular wants a laptop.
What Myntra does provide instead is a free order management system for inventory and order processing, and a set of marketplace APIs if you want to drive it from software you already run. For a seller shipping a handful of orders a day, the browser is genuinely fine.
Login problems, and which ones a login page can fix
Most of these are not login problems at all, which is why hammering the sign-in screen does not help.

The one that matters most
Registered, but no credentials. This is the single most common case behind a “Myntra seller login” search, and no amount of password resetting touches it. Portal access is issued when Myntra has selected and onboarded your brand. Until that happens there is no account to log into, and the honest next step is to chase onboarding — or to read what the registration process actually assesses.
Support contacts, and the ones that will rob you
Start with the warning, because it is Myntra’s own and it is unusually blunt.
Myntra does not charge any onboarding fee or refundable deposit from sellers.
It publishes this because people posing as Myntra employees, agents and representatives routinely ask for exactly that. Myntra also states that all its representatives’ email addresses end in @myntra.com and that you should not entertain communication from any address that does not.
So the test is simple and it is a domain test, not a tone test. A convincing person on a call is not evidence. An address ending @myntra.com is.
Where support actually lives
For an onboarded seller, the working route is inside the portal — the ticketing and account-management tools you get after login, which are attached to your seller record and therefore actually actionable. A general enquiry line is not where Myntra resolves seller issues.

Myntra also runs Partner University and Partner Insights inside the portal — courses and reporting respectively. Sellers routinely raise tickets for things Partner University already answers.
