JioMart image size and product photo guidelines

JioMart publishes no image size on the seller pages we could open, so there is no official pixel, file-size or format figure to quote. Its seller portal carries only sign-in and support addresses, and its seller FAQ did not open for us (read 10 and 11 Oct 2026). A listing-software vendor’s JioMart guide adds a white or clean background, no watermarks or text, the product filling 70–85% of the frame, and for grocery the nutritional label and ingredients readable, still with no pixel number (Streamoid, read 22 Oct 2026). Our recommendation: a 1000 × 1000 px square JPEG on white.

- Grocery and packaged goods: the front of the pack, the back of the pack, and a close-up where the label text can be read.
- Fashion: front, back and a detail of fabric or print; on a model if you have one.
- Home and kitchen: the product, a close-up of the material, and one photo that shows its size.
- Resize every view to 1000 × 1000 px in the e-commerce image resizer, or a whole folder in the bulk marketplace resizer.
What we would upload today
