Myntra image size and listing image guidelines

Use a 1080 × 1440 px portrait (3:4), saved as JPEG, between 500 KB and 1 MB, on a white or light grey background. Those are the values in Fynd’s Myntra listing documentation, an integrator that lists on Myntra for brands; Myntra’s own partner portal shows no image spec we could read without logging in (checked 18 Oct 2026). We recommend the same numbers: a square photo is the wrong shape for Myntra even when it is larger.

Myntra image ratio: why 3:4 and not square

Calculated from the resizer's code: scale = min(1080 ÷ width, 1440 ÷ height) × 0.95, photo centred on white, nothing cropped (tool code, read 18 Oct 2026).
The square photo is larger than the minimum and still wastes a third of the tile on white. Shoot in your phone camera’s 3:4 mode and the photo fills the frame.

Not allowed in the image
- Price tags, stickers or the product tag
- Text or watermarks
- Blurred or pixelated photos, or any part out of focus
- Photoshopped images of celebrities

Not as they are. A square photo in a 1080 × 1440 frame leaves 207 px of white above and below. Shoot the product in 3:4 and make the square version from that instead.
