Snapdeal images: image size and photo guidelines

Snapdeal publishes no image size on its open seller pages, so there is no official pixel, file-size or format figure to quote. Its onboarding page lists four steps (register, store details, list your products, payments) and no photo rule (read 10 and 11 Oct 2026). A listing-software vendor’s Snapdeal guide adds a white or plain background, no watermarks or text, and the product filling 70–85% of the frame, still with no pixel number (Streamoid, read 22 Oct 2026). Our recommendation: a 1000 × 1000 px square JPEG on white.

Snapdeal photo checklist before you upload
- Shoot the product on a white or plain backdrop, with no price tag, text or logo in the picture.
- Crop close, so the product takes most of the frame (the vendor guide says 70–85%).
- Resize each view to 1000 × 1000 px in the e-commerce image resizer (Flipkart or Meesho preset; both are 1000 × 1000), or a folder at once in the bulk marketplace resizer.
- Upload in the seller panel and read any image message it shows before you list the next product.
