Amazon’s own Easy Ship guidance is to print the label on 4 × 6 inch sticky label paper , and that is the tool’s default output (101.6 × 152.4 mm ). The Amazon preset starts at the top 48% of the page ; page one of your PDF is shown under the window, so you can fit it to your route’s sheet before cropping. Print at 100% .

Amazon’s Easy Ship guidance is to print the label on 4 × 6 inch sticky label paper. That is the tool’s default output.

Easy Ship

The label appears only after you schedule the pick-up, so crop and print right after. Set the window once and keep it for later Easy Ship batches.

Self Ship

Amazon’s guide has you split label and packing slip along the dotted line. Set the window’s bottom edge on that line; the guide dates from 2016, so check page one.

FBA

No customer shipping label to print. FBA sellers print FNSKU product labels instead, a different sticker this cropper doesn’t make.

How to crop an Amazon Easy Ship label

  1. Schedule the pick-up. Orders > Manage Orders > Easy Ship tab, Schedule Pick-up, then weight, dimensions and a slot. The label becomes available after that.
  2. Save the label as a PDF and drop it into the tool. Page one appears with the top 48% shaded.
  3. Fit the window. Move the Height slider until the barcode and full address sit inside the box.
  4. Crop at 4 × 6 in. The same window is applied to every page of the file.
  5. Print at 100% on 4 × 6 in sticky label paper.

Amazon label crop problems and fixes

The window fit last week and now cuts the label

Check whether the order is on a different route. Easy Ship and Self Ship sheets are different documents, so look at page one again and adjust the slider.

No label to download yet (Easy Ship)

Schedule the pick-up first; the label prints once it is available.

The packing slip shows on the label

Lower the Height slider until the window ends at the dotted line.

The page has two or four labels on it

Seller tools report that some Easy Ship sheets tile labels on one page. The tool applies one window per page: set it on the first label and crop, then move the sliders onto the next label and crop again.

The barcode prints small

It was printed with “fit to page”. Reprint at 100%.

One label spills over two stickers

Set the printer’s paper size to 4 × 6 in.
